How long does my order take to ship?

Each of our lanyards is handmade with care, so please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be created before it ships. Once your order is on its way, shipping times will vary depending on your location, but typically take 3–10 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped!

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment, we only ship within New Zealand and do not offer international shipping just yet.

As a small handmade business, we’re focusing on keeping things manageable while we grow — but expanding to international orders is something we hope to offer in the future!

What is your return policy? 

Because each lanyard is handmade to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll do our best to make it right.
